After Hours
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8:00am to 4pm. Urgent calls coming in after our office is closed in the evening or on the weekend will be handled by the ophthalmologist on call. If you are in need of assistance after our office is closed, you may call our office at 509-838-6686 or toll free 1-888-403-4824 and the answering service will direct your call accordingly.

Our staff works hard to be accessible. If you have questions or concerns please call and a technician will return a call to you the same day. Though we are tending to patients in the office, getting answers to those of you who call from home is a priority.
Medication Refills
Please contact your pharmacy for refills on current medications. On occasion, it may be necessary to schedule an appointment in the office prior to refilling medications.
Parking
FREE parking is available in the TWO lots on the SOUTH side of the building with the entrance off of Cowley.
Please do not park in the lot off of 8th avenue as it is not our parking lot.
